I Stream, You Stream: The Wildest Questions We’ve Ever Been Asked
Hello and welcome to another edition of I Stream, You Stream, the uncut, unscooped, unparalleled Ben & Jerry’s interview. It’s all your weirdest questions about your favourite ice cream, answered. We’ve received some truly strange questions over the four decades that we’ve been making ice cream, and we thought the time was right to bring you all their equally quirky answers. Grab a pint of Netflix & Chilll’d and dig in:
I fed some Phish Food to my fish and now they’re floating at the top of the tank. Does that mean they liked it or didn’t like it?
We are sorry to tell you that Phish Food is not actually fish food. We know; it’s confusing. But you can rest assured that they floated to the other side with a smile on their faces and a guitar solo in their hearts.
What aisle of the grocery store is your ice cream in?
You’ll find us in the ice cream aisle, chilling with the other ice creams. It’s the one that’s really cold and says “Ice Cream” on the sign.
How much does a cone cost on Free Cone Day?
1 ice cream cone: £0.00
1 scoop of your favorite ice cream flavor: £0.00
1 smile that lasts all afternoon: £0.00
Total cost: £0.00
I suggested a flavour. When will I see it in my store?
Was it a really good flavour suggestion? A really, really, really good one? We’re probably still working on it, stay tuned.
I found a whole bunch of uncooked cookie dough in my ice cream. Did your cookie baker fall asleep on the job?
You are not going to believe this, but cookie dough is actually exceptionally delicious uncooked. It’s soft, gooey, chock full of chocolate chips, and 100% safe to eat. We’ve been putting it in our ice cream since 1984 and haven’t received even a single complaint.
What kind of addictive substance is in your ice cream?
It’s a proprietary blend of euphoria, awesome, yum, and wow.
What’s with all the chunks? I thought I was buying a tub of ice cream, not a tub of chunks with an ice cream garnish.
Our fans love chunky ice cream! Those funky chunks and whirly swirls are what makes Ben & Jerry’s Ben & Jerry’s.
How do you milk the almonds to make the almond milk for your Non-Dairy flavours?
Our team of almond-wranglers don’t like to give away too many of their secrets, but we can tell you that almonds love belly rubs, which helps.
Why did it take you so long to make an ice cream with Netflix? It’s so obvious that a Netflix show and a tub of Ben & Jerry’s is a match made in heaven.
We’re not sure! But we can say for certain that we can’t wait to stream our favourite shows with our BFFs, a tub of Netflix & Chilll’d, and plenty of spoons.
